LOS ANGELES - JULY 23: General Motors provides a fuel cell vehicle to the Irvine branch of the U.S. Postal Service to test the vehicle under normal use. Employee Aldo Vasquez will be testing the vehicle and providing feedback to GM as the U.S. Postal Service works toward more sustainable energy solutions to their deliveries.
